Extremely dissappointed
My husband has had to visit the hospital 4 times and it will be made into 5 visits next week as Cytology have lost his sample yet again. Not only have they lost his sample, they have said they have no record of him at all. To lose a sample once we can get over but when it is 4 times it is absolutely appalling. It has meant that we have been unable to get further referrals. This has been ongoing now since May 2015 and we are appalled at the level of service we have received and the that fact that nobody cares about what has happened. We have been trying for a baby for nearly 2 years obviously there is an issue and we are unable to get the answers to move on due to the incompetency of the hospital staff
