Disappointed
I called to rearrange an appointment for my husband and was told he has to make the appointment for himself even though I explained his English is not the best. He called to rearrange his appointment but because of the language confusion he ended up cancelling his appointment and not rebooking another like he thought he had. When he called back a few months later to check the date for his new appointment he was told he was no longer patient there. I feel they let him down and now he can not find another dentist to take him on.
