Everything is good - Premises need to be improved (Outside)

I have been registered at the Practice since birth and I have always found the Clinicians and Staff to be extremely helpful and undertanding

My experience in here has been very bad especially the waiting time. I have got 3 children and a big family and I can't wait half an hour or an hour in waiting room and I have a bad memory which means I forget my appointment times. If the surgery could give me a reminder then that will be helpful to me. I have struggled to make appointments as they give me one three weeks later, in that time I struggle with pain and they don't give the right prescription which I want. They don't give me medication from the same company so I have to get it privately.
