Phones rarely answered

There is often a phone message saying “your call cannot be answered….” but no option to leave a message! I needed to make an appt, but I’ve been unable to do this for several days! They were quite good in the past, but recently, standards have dropped.

Reception staff are always helpful - quick to help and very supportive - nothing seems like too much trouble. Appointments always available when I need one. Online booking facility is great. Doctors are always prepared, have read my notes and understanding my health history.

All the doctors have time for you and the receptionists are fantastic. You go as a stranger and go out as a friend
