Had a rude txt from them

I phoned and got an appointment,My daughter then phoned n said I couldnt make the appointment due to my illness,the receptionist said she would get a GP to ring me instead,which he did. Only 2 receive a txt this morning saying I have cost them £33 due 2 me not attending!!!!!! I am very very cross with this treatment and you need 2 sort Ur attitudes out

I always get an appointment when I need one and am happy with the care. The staff are friendly and make sure I get what I need.

Rude reception staff, doctors who won't see you face to face and try to diagnose over the phone. Even for a toddler who can't yet explain what is wrong. Can't get through on the phone, you can be called number 1 and still be on hold for upwards of 40 minutes. Complain to the practice manager and you get no response.
Extremely poor. We have left after 30 plus yr

Staff rude and incompetent. Arrogant and stroppy. Can't get through on phone. Do not feel valued at all. Desperate times have called for desperate measures. The practice is being run into the group at the total detriment of us patients. Ofsted should see this for what it is and intervene without delay.
Shocking uncaring service

I have never in my life felt the need to write a review ann by our a service. But I feel the lack of care, empathy, minimal standards this practice offers needs immediate intervention. You’re unable to see a doctor without weeks of waiting for just a phone call. People who have problems and are already anxious about visiting the doctors are going to slip through the net. Unless your up for a struggle ans argument with reception as to why you need to be seen. Your on your own! They don’t care.
Virtually impossible to contact and rude staf

Never get through with less than 10 phone calls. Once you do get through you are in a queuing system which takes 25 to 50 minutes. Once passed that stage you get spoken to like you're a naughty school child by the prison guard/receptionist. Getting to speak to a doctor is as common as a flying ostrich.
Not fit for purpose

Each and every time I contact this surgery the reception staff are rude and condescending. They seem to enjoy upsetting people. This surgery has made several mistakes with my medication.

GPs and practice nurses friendly and do tend to see you at agreed appointment time. GP waiting has improved - refreshments available and good parking.
