G Pharmacy, Albion Mount Medical Centre

The staff are incompetant, never have your medication, never have anything ready. There is one staff in particular a young woman, she totally ignores that your waiting to be served, and she is terribly rude down the phone if you call. On one occasion I rang to the sound of the staff laughing hilarously in the background, how unprofessional is that? If this carries on I am gong to change my GP and pharmacy.

Friendly staff, one of the pharmacists always recognises me which is nice.

Only negative is that they close for lunch on a weekday 12.45 to 1.45. I think that's rather outdated. The timing of my last doctor's appointment meant I had just missed them. Given I am not that close in location, I had to hang around and window-shop in the area for nearly an hour until they reopened.

The Pharmacist is really helpful advisers on medication always willing to help and caring.
