Grange Pharmacy

I asked for some medication over a fortnight ago. They still hadn't brought it by Christmas Eve. Rang them & they said they'd bring it Christmas Eve night as they were working late.

One member of staff kept talking over me, when I asked her to stop she said "I don't appreciate being spoken to like that" and started saying that she only works Fridays to help out!? Totally bizarre.

Nothing arrived nor was a phone call received.

They can be inconsistent.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond to help people, they are so nice and courteous and are always on top of getting medication you need to you in time.

Grange pharmacy are the most helpful professional chemists that I have ever dealt with nothing is too much trouble for them I highly regard all the staff one in particular is a true gent
