Changed dentist without contacting me, new surgeon was rude, condescending and unfriendly. Left in a lot of pain afterwards. Currently in discussions of changing.

Get you in as soon as they can- really good so patient with you. If you are scared as i was, they really put you at ease. Amazing they can't do enough for you.

My first visit to this dental surgery was positive. Receptionist, dental nurse and dentist all friendly and welcoming. I'm a nervous patient and they put me at ease and explained everything clearly, including how much I would have to pay for NHS treatment.
