Poor management
I feel the management of the surgery is poor and could do with improvement in many areas. On more than one occasion I discovered that my records were not accurate. When I spoke to the practice manager about this, she was not useful and did not come back to me following my feedback. It is difficult to make an appointment. I can be waiting on the phone for at least 10 minutes often to be told there are no appointments left. I feel there should be an extra member of staff taking calls during peak times.
