CARER FOR FAMILY WITH POOR MENTAL HEALTH

This teams is just a tick exercise. Base assessments on 30 minute visits, with complete disregard to carers around the clock experience, to the detriment of the patient destroying lives.
Convenient get out clause for service is patient presenting ok, pathologise the carer instead. They have nothing in place where to draw the line for safeguarding, when does a carers concerns override the patient who has no insight into own illness?
