Efficient and polite

Usually get an appointment on same day - 'ring up' system applies.
You can go in at 2pm and see if there are any cancelled appointments which you can replace.
The doctors are very polite. So are the receptionists, and they text you to clarify appointments.
You can also ring up and ask for results which they read out to you if they can.
You can choose whether you have a staff or student nurse, and the longest you ever have to wait is if there is someone who is priority before you - so maybe 20 minutes.

New patient check

Had new patient check - they were very good. Gave advice, checked everything. Really friendly, even though I was in a bad mood because of some meds i'm taking. They were understanding and got it sorted.

Nurse practitioner is good. Friendly, does my monthly injections well - no bruises!
