The Kirklees Dementia Hub is a partnership between Community Links and Age UK Calderdale & Kirklees and offers information and advice for people who are living with dementia and their carers, family and friends.
The Kirklees Dementia Hub runs weekly drop-ins from 10am – 4pm at the following locations: Every Wednesday at Dewsbury Hospital, Priestley Unit, WF13 4HS Every Friday at Folly Hall Mills, St. Thomas Road, HD1 3LT
Home visits can be arranged upon request – please contact 01484 411 074.
We also run an Information and Advice Line which operates Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm – 01484 503 908.
