Excellent service

June 29, 2017
My mum had this service and the staff who came were excellent - friendly, good listeners, they didn't rush her at all and put her at ease when they had to look after her personal needs. They gave very good advice on how to keep yourself well. I think this service really helped with my mum's recovery and helped to keep her out of hospital.

Thank you very much for taking the time to send this feedback. I will ensure it is shared with the Reablement Team. It's so good to hear that you felt your mum was well cared for and to hear the words 'listened to' and 'didn't rush her' which are so important and something the team will always aim to do with their patients. I am so pleased she was able to stay at home and the team were able to help her do that.
I wish you and your mum all the very best.
Sarah
