Lovely staff and great service

Good communication when prescriptions are ready. Friendly and knowledgeable staff . Manage expectations when medication has to be ordered rather being in stock.

It doesn’t matter how far in advance I submit prescriptions, even after a week or more they are never ready when you go to collect. Always excuses. Often can’t get items on prescription. Overall, this pharmacy has gone massively downhill in past 3 or 4 years. Items missing from order, and have even had someone else’s medication delivered to me.
