Very poor very frustrating

Continuously let down expecting the district nurse. Currently been on hold for last 28 minutes trying to check when/if district nurse will arrive. Now they have hung up. Very angry very concerned.
I cannot get an appointment

Starting in Oct its now march . I can't get an appointment. No help from reception staff.
Call answered straight away

My initial call was answered straight away and details taken by the woman on the phone. I was then called back within an hour or so by the duty health visitor who gave excellent information and advice.
Their systems are rubbish

They left a message asking me to ring them back to confirm an appointment. Twice. Each time when I did they said it was not needed. What a set of time wasters. Cannot cope with this organisation. Needs someone to sort them out.
