GPS always listen, and care, receptionist good. Very good service can usually get an appt if ill in the morning

The reception staff are very helpful and will always try to get you an appointment. I have seen all the doctors and every time I do they always take the time to listen, very professional and thorough and refer me when necessary to outpatient clinic , blood tests etc. Nurses wonderful too . Excellent service thoroughly recommend.

Reception staff who know what they are doing and don't gate keep. GP who are genuine interested and listen. Good nurse led triage . The only problem is that following the closure of another local surgery they have had to take on a considerable number of extra patients resulting in considerable delaying in existing patients to get appointments.

-Difficulty getting appointments, even though I don't go regularly.

-Need a female doctor

Doctor has enormous patience listening. Can't often get an appointment with him though. Doctors also understands elderly people

Very nice receptionist. The receptionists will fax your prescription to the chemist. Difficult to get through on the telephone - I ring in the morning. There is a service for ring-back though. GPs are nice and very good. Will offer a home visit.

All Drs at this surgery give 110% to their patients. Would not hesitate to highly recommend them.
