Could not have been more helpful

I have had a problem with Boots Chemist not having my medication or an alternative, my doctors issued an electronic prescription for alternative inhalers. I rang Medicare at Elmwood, they answered immediately and I spoke with one of the pharmacists, who checked my details, went online to check for my prescription and confirmed that they have my medication in stock. They could not have been more understanding, helpful or informative. I would recommend them very highly and will be changing my chemist!
