Only problem, appointments difficult to make

The practice nurse is fantastic! If there's a problem, she'll contact you by telephone and follow things up. The only problem is the appointments are difficult to make and you sometimes have to wait up to a week. I feel at a disadvantage because I don't like to book on the internet. I know how to do this but I don't want to book online, I like to make appointments over the phone but often appointments are already taken.
