BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

Removal from the register

Both my wife and I were removed from the register for this dental surgery. My wife was receiving free treatment due to pregnancies and having children and I was paying the standard £17.50 fees for check-ups. On calling the surgery we were told that they were no longer taking on NHS patients and we had both failed to contact then about appointments.
