Poor Telephone Communication from Receptionis
Contacted my local dentist as advised by 111 to make an emergency appointment within 1 hour. The receptionist made the appointment in afternoon on the same day, however when I turned up she denied that an appointment had been made for that day and it was made for next day. What does one do in such a situation ? I live at a distance from the surgery, had a swollen cheek and gums for four days, but there was no empathy/sympathy from receptionist. She told me to go back home and return in 2 hours. Caused such an inconvenience for me and have lost confidence and trust in the receptionist.
