Excellent local care company. Staff are professional and have a fantastic understanding of health and social care systems. They are caring, take their time when carrying out their duties and go the extra mile to ensure everyone in the family is supported and well. We've had issues with miscommunication from a number of services recently following a lengthy hospital stay for my father in law and coordinating a health package for him has been extremely frustrating. One thing we don't have to worry about is his care package and we can leave the carers to just get on and do their job without having to worry. At every visit, we see their due diligence, punctuality, level of hygiene/infection prevention control protocols in use and have also witnessed first hand the great training and support the higher level staff provide to new recruits who undergo a lengthy shadowing period before attending service users on their own. Cannot praise them enough.
