not giving prescription out to people for monthly medication then telling them item is unavailable and locking prescription so cannot order from another pharmacy as this one is closed to resolve it on a weekend

Firstly One of the tablets I get is for 30 Tablets. Around 5 times now every time it is delivered there are only 28 in the box. It’s extremely annoying when you get accused of telling lies ,and can I bring the box down to prove it. Now I have been waiting for some medication prescribed electronically since 24th January , I have been trying since last week to get through on the phone. They are not answering the phone it is disgusting It rings the clicks to music

Shocking service. Nobody answered the phone and the music they play is super annoying

It's Friday and is supposed to be out for delivery as I popped in to ask. As at 6.30 pm no prescription.

The staff are really helpful and professional. They are pleasant and caring, showing great patience and kindness even when very busy.

What ever time of day you go theres always a long queue and then to be told your prescription isn't ready when it's been pre ordered 3 days earlier is very annoying so you either have to wait or come back this as happened several times , WHY when there's so many staff in the shop are they so useless , I for one will never use this pharmacy again , AVOID

Over ten days since the prescription was submitted electronically. Still awaiting it delivered to our home. As promised, so now out of essential medication. Disgusting how they get away with this.

Online orders and delivery is really useful. Really nice staff, they know me well . New manager, really, really good. Can drop in for advice.
