Prescription put in Monday still no items 48hrs later and dosnt know when they will get them . So took prescription to another chemist done straight away

My mum gets all her routine medication from here on repeat prescription. They are excellent, her medication is delivered on time and ready in the dosette boxes.
If whatever reason they don't have some medication or they have to change the brand so the tablets look different they explain this to the carers so there is no confusion.

name and address were checked before the medication was handed over, the correct name and address were on the bag containing the medication but the medication itself was prescribed for another person whose name and address were on the medication box. Disappointed at this inefficiency.

Over a week to collect a prescription

This pharmacy is beyond a joke. The service is appalling. I don’t know how they have stayed in business.
I have just found out how to switch. So easy and hopefully from no on. Peace of mind.

Waited outside for 10 minutes, apparently only two are allowed in at a time. Notice not visible from outside. Three members of staff dealt with one person's issue so I was left waiting for longer than necessary. Staff seem unable to check systems and find prescriptions in a timely and organised manor. When I was finally dealt with two different members of staff explained the same problem with my meds to me.

I telephone them a,week before I need my prescription but they always say phone again. I am disabled,and 76 and think them unwilling to help. They shut at,dinner time ===this is awkward as I cannot telephone earlier. Ossett used to deliver two days after i phoned _===why dont they ?

This is the second time this pharmacy has been mysteriously nominated as my daughters main pharmacy without my consent! When asked for an explanation, they were both rude And unhelpful, and blame was passed onto my GP.

Waiting times seem to be exceptionally long, even though not many people are there. In the past I have gone to a pharmacy out of area to avoid the wait.

Don't have the time of day, very slow, not approachable.
