Dcotors good, agency staff sometimes awful.

The doctors are quite good, they take feedback seriously. However, agency nursing staff are sometimes awful. They are not very polite, always arrive late and start late. Sometimes doctors do this too but no apologies are offered.

Hard to get appointment

GP is really good but really hard to find an appointment as the phone lines are busy. Online services useful to make appointments. General care good, always see the same doctor. Give you options
