Rubbish phone systems

Rubbish phone systems, wait in que and then when its your turn get cut off. Happens too often. Also if you ask for a call back, this doesn't happen. Some staff are also very rude and arrogant.

There is a reason they are so busy and that is because the care here is brilliant
People want ti stay when they have moved out of area don’t want to go anywhere else
People need to understand the pressure GP’s are under and be grateful for the great care they get here

There is never any appointments available and the staff are a bit rude

Highly experienced doctors that listen to their patients. Very clean practice. Phone lines for reception have improved substantially. It is a very busy practice for good reason.

I know the staff are extremely busy and they work hard
The demand for appointments is very high and the doctors do their best
I don’t think patients realise the amount of patients that are seen as the waiting room is always full when I go
I hear of a lot worse stories from people at other surgeries so we should appreciate what we do have
and not put the staff down who are doing a great job under extreme pressure

Lack of appointments. No access to the GP.

The practice receptionist will ask service users to call at 8 am. Users will call at 8 am, placed into a queue. After an hour and a half of waiting they are told they have no available appointments. On a positive note, doctors at the practice are very good.

Staff professional, kind, caring, very helpful with a problem I had sorted in no time ,very grateful for all the care and help with various health issues, my husband and myself have had very positive experience.
