Very personal - especially to my wife. Staff have directed me to wonderful services, amazing service to me as a carer, and they treat you as an individual human being.

Sometimes you just need 1-1 advice and someone to talk to, and this CPN does that. Helpful advice, pro-active and suggests action for improvement. They keep a planned out diary for me to keep active and are extremely helpful. The only problem is the telephone system, as it is inefficient and I can't seem to get a relative in the system. Other than that, no complaints.

The physciatrist always sees me on time. I have a formal talk with him about my condition and he gives me the best advice he can on my condition. I also have input from a community physciatric nurse aswell who also attends these appointments. I feel they are doing the best they can for me.
