People who use our services are as involved as possible in the development of their own care plans, and are supported in making informed choices about all aspects of their lives using a person centred approach.

St Anne’s avoids a ‘one size fits all’ approach but rather treats everyone as the individuals they are.

Before I came here, i felt isolated, like i was the only person in the world with these problems - but there are so many people with the same problems. The support from the workers is great

they have given me the support I needed at my lowest and have helped me gain self confidence and the courage to get back into the real world as well as to cope with my role as a carer
