Well Pharmacy

After a new assistant started at the chemist things changed. I ordered my prescription as normal two days before i needed it- included in this was my insulin which is stored in the fridge. When i went to pick this up i was told there wasn't any insulin in the fridge and i must have picked it up already (which i hadn't) I insisted that i hadn't been to collect. The assistant wouldn't give me the insulin so i had to go back to my GP service who sorted this out for me. This has been a nightmare. I can't deal with the chemist anymore because of the assistant. It was a great service before! I told the chemist it was every Thursday and about the attitude of the staff member they didn't do anything. I have changed chemist.
