Could not fault the practice

I contacted the surgery as I had suspected shingles . Great receptionist who provided an appointment that morning . My diagnosis was confirmed by the doctor who sent prescription to the neighbouring pharmacy which i collected immediately. It was a seamless experience which I am really appreciative of. Great GP surgery who have really improved their service over the years . Many thanks

Waiting a while to see doctor . Appointments hard to get. Not all doctors are good. Receptionist very cocky at times. A lot of the time there are only emergency appointments left. To see the doctor you want you often have to wait three weeks or more.
