Fantastic

Fantastic surgery - I suffer from high anxiety and panic attacks and a lot of this is triggered by anything to do with my health and medical appointments. The surgery really listens to me about this and respects it. They me phone call appointments so I don't have to come into the surgery and if I ever am required to come in they are very gentle and kind with me.
Can't get an appointment

I struggle to get an appointment with my GP. They also keep changing doctors. I get tired of explaining my problem.
They don't understand

I'm not happy with my GP as they don't listen to my problems. I keep getting headaches but they just tell me to take painkillers.
Very caring

I like my doctor's surgery, they are very caring and they look after me. The only thing I would like to see changed is the way that they book appointments, if you call in the afternoon they always say "you need to call at 8am"....but when you call at 8am the lines are very busy. Apart from the access to appointments everything else is good.
Good doctor but won't see me now

Now that I have started working the doctor says I need to find a different GP. I liked this practice, they were good.
Kind and understanding

They are very kind and understanding. But the waiting time is not good.
Not always helpful

I had an appointment with my Gp and I asked for a blood pressure test. The GP was sat there and could have done it but I was asked to go and make another appointment. I then went and got another appointment made but I had to then cancel as I was not feeling well. It's very silly that I had to book a GP appointment for a simple blood pressure test. I'm not going back there again
Missed one appointment- removed from practice

I missed one appointment as I was looking for a job and was sent for an interview. I told the receptionist that I could not attend as if I missed the interview then my benefits will stop. When I later tried to make an appointment they told me that I cannot see the GP at Whitehouse as I have a job now. A few weeks later I had to stop working but I was still told that I could not be seen at this practice. I then joined a different practice.
Good doctors- very friendly

I use the white house practice and I think they are very kind and caring. The only problem is that waiting for appointments can be a long while.
Receptionists unhelpful

I speak good English but I have seen other patients struggle to explain their problems to the receptionist. They don't provide interpreters or call the language line. Once I was struggling to explain my problem and the receptionist assumed I was Arab and started speaking Arabic. I had no idea what she was saying. I think they should sort this out
