My yearly visits for my eyes

This year when I visited the opticians I was told I needed cataract surgery.it was arranged for me by the opticians in a very short time,I have had both my eyes done and now my vision is fantastic.

Lady Optician rushed test.

During eye test the lady optician was only bothered about me getting new glasses even when I said I was happy with the present ones. I left without getting new glasses. And she was late and did NOT apologise.

It's easy to make an appointment. I have a learning difficulty and the reception staff are really nice and helpful to me.
It would be better if the optician explained the test more to me as it can be confusing having things in front of my face and I don't know what's happening.
