Taxi service available depending on need/risk.
Exclusions from service: under 18's, acute intoxication, alcohol withdrawal, injuries which require treatment/overdose.

the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, I did not feel judged or shamed for my experiences. I felt listened to, supported and safe when talking about myself in the 1 to 1 session I attended, the social element made me feel less isolated and improved my mood after a while. I assumed that I would hate the social part as I often feel judged in these settings but the staff were quick to put me at ease. I did not feel like I was being treated differently for my conditions or experiences, the staff did not tread on eggshells around me, they just treated me like a friend. please use this service if you ever feel worried about your safety, it is a far better option than going to A&E! 10/10.
