Get on with them well

Put me on patches and Nicorette. I get on well with them, they were useful as a smoking cessation service. They also give you expensive treatment for free as they're part of the course.

GP not personal enough

Not personal, regular GP unfortunately passed and since then I have seen 3-4 different ones. They just always seem to be typing on the computer.

Feel rushed

Doctors just put things on the computer and rush you out. I just need someone to sit and talk to me and they just don't have time.

Appointments and wait

I am sorry you have not had the experience we would wish. We have changed the way we work and the issues you raised in your feedback should no longer be an issue.
We now have a baby changing area and hope that you are able to get appointments when necessary.

I find that because this is a small surgery, there is great continuity of care. My GP has looked after my family for 4 generations.

Can get appointments easily. If no appointments available you can go in the evening and sit and wait and you will always be seen.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. Its always nice to receive good feedback. However, we no longer have the "sit and wait" clinics in the evenings. All our clinics are now by appointment only but I hope you continue to give the Practice excellent feedback.
