Hard to get appointments

Hard to get an appointment, Prescription delays getting to the local pharmacy. Reception staff can be rude.

Doctor diagnosed me with arthritis just from told symptoms when i had bone infection. Prescribed medication for arthritis which make my infection worse, it happened more than a year ago and since then i have not seen my doctor. I feel that i am avoided with my appointments since then.
I have booked appointment as well last week to see doctor.
On that day i left my mobile phone at home and couldn't receive messages about my appointment that had been moved to half an hour earlier until i got back from work and it was already to late .
