| Communication and Intelligence Officer Salary £19-£23k dependent on experience Full Time Dewsbury + travel where necessaryHealthwatch Kirklees is the independent consumer champion for health and social care services. We give children, young people, adults and older people a powerful voice – making sure their views and experiences are heard by those who run, plan and regulate health and social care services. We’ve gone live with our new and exciting feedback centre. This digital platform will enable local people to share their experiences of care services they receive. Now we need someone who can help us to maximise the potential of this system, turn information into intelligence and communicate our vital insights through publications, social media and our website. You will have a real enthusiasm for research and sharing your interpretation of data with a multitude of agencies and audiences, to improve care experiences, services and decisions. You will also have the ability to investigate a whole range of other information channels to help us provide the broadest picture of what is going on locally, regionally and nationally to residents and partners across the borough. If you have a background in data analysis and communication and can help make complex information relevant and meaningful to make a real difference for local people then this could be the role for you.
