Our health needs are changing.  Many of the illnesses we once knew are a thing of the past and the way we treat or manage health conditions is developing and improving.

Maybe you want to know more about what changes are happening and what this might mean to you or your local community.  Or perhaps you’d like to share your views about how services should be developed in the future.  It’s your health and your health service, and we want to hear what you have to say.

The ‘Your Health, Your Say’ network is for people living in North Kirklees who want to get involved in the work of their local NHS and help shape services now and into the future.

If you join the ‘Your Health, Your Say’ network:

• We’ll send you regular updates about our work
• You’ll receive invitations to all our events
• You’ll have opportunities to have your say through online surveys or face-to-face discussions.

You don’t have to get involved in all the activities, simply choose the things that interest you.  It’s your choice.
