This short video from the Kings Fund is 3 years old now. Bits of it are now wrong (the Health Secretary is now Jeremy Hunt and the Lib Dems are no longer in government). However 95% of it is still correct and if we had to explain how the NHS in England was organised in 5 minutes, then this is the video we’d start with.
