UPDATE: Stakeholder briefing Huddersfield and Calderdale Hospitals
Below is the latest information from Greater Huddersfield and Calderdale CCG regarding the Right Care, Right Time, Right Place proposal.
Consultation on proposed changes to hospital services– Right Care, Right Time, Right Place
NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Greater Huddersfield CCG have been talking to local people for three years about changes to hospital and community services to make sure that they are high quality, safe and sustainable into the future, so that people will receive the right care at the right time in the right place.
The Governing Bodies of NHS Greater Huddersfield and NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have agreed that consultation on the future of hospital services can now get underway. The CCGs will now make plans for that consultation, which is expected to begin in February.
Once the consultation is launched, there will be lots of opportunities for patients, the public and other stakeholders to find out more about these proposals and have their say. We will be running a series of public events, publishing a survey, and using our website, advertising and social media to raise awareness of the consultation and encourage people to have their say.
Please find below, a briefing on the proposed changes, which we hope you find helpful.
