MAKING YOUR VOICES HEARD! > > > >TAKING ACTION!

Please join the next Forum Event at the Park Plaza Hotel  in Leeds on 5th October 2015, from 10am – 3pm.

Your active involvement in this event will be key. This is your day, and with the forum, you will be deciding the top shared concerns about cancer treatment and care that Forum members want to make their priorities for action over the next 12 months.

Once registered for the event, you’ll have the chance to tell the forum what you think they should be working on over the next year. On the day, you’ll have the chance to  work in small groups to define WHAT exactly you want to change and HOW you are going to do it.

The day will finish with a clear ACTION PLAN of how we will make a difference locally, which they want you to help them TAKE FORWARD.

They will also be sharing their new Facebook page, and offering training for those who would like it, to help you get to grips with Facebook and use it effectively.
