Healthwatch Kirklees is asking current service users their views and experiences of ‘The Kirkwood’. We would like to find out what you think about the services they offer.

Social care Engagement

The Kirkwood are a movement of local people dedicated to caring for people in Kirklees affected by life limiting illness. Together, they offer a wider range of services designed to support patients, carers and family members at every stage of illness. Some of you may have known them in the past as Kirkwood Hospice, as in-patient care is one of the services provided by The Kirkwood.

If you or a family member haven’t used this service in the past, we would still like to hear from you. This survey gives you the opportunity to shape the future of The Kirkwood services by commenting upon their future plans for the organisation
