Not bad but frustrating getting an appointment on the day or for the future.

They have a system where you must call at 8am to have any chance of making an appointment, and sometimes, you can't get one. I just feel sorry for the people who are high priority and have appointments taken by people like me who just need their ears checking for syringing.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful and service is usually very good, but the system ruins it for me.

He listens to what I am saying and allows me to have as much input as possible in my treatment plan

Difficult to get any appointment, even harder to see my regular doctor . the treatment once seen is excellent, the in house nursing service is always available and is very useful for blood tests and m.o.t's etc

I'm a regular user of this practice and very satisfied

Child had rash rang at 10am seen by Dr by 10.20am
