Issues with repeat prescriptions

On a couple of occasions I have had recently had a problem with repeat prescriptions
I have been shortchanged with the prescription and not been given any reason .neither have I been given the rest of the prescription . In my opinion they are wholly inept and if this is the best that boots can do then something will have to change

The team always go above and beyond.
