The pharmacist and his staff are all brilliant and very helpful. The Pharmacist has helped me more than my own doctor and advised on on a cure for an ongoing problem I had for two years! Brilliant and always go above and beyond for every customer.

Me and my husband will speak with the pharmacist on a range of health issues and we both find that he is approachable and always gives us the one to one care advice and professional guidance when ever we need anything. Am always promoting him to people I speak with in need of medical advice

They are a pleasant bunch of staff in this store. They never fail to welcome me into the store and ask if I need help. The staff member was very attentive when I was explaining the extent of my cough, throat inflammation and sinus swelling. He also recommended me a product and explained his thought process behind the recommendation. The service was so good I decided to nominate myself to this pharmacy for my future repeat prescriptions.

My dad phoned me on Saturday morning at six am at home saying he had no tablets left as he forgot to order them and was panicking over them. I quickly got dressed and drove up to Mirfield. I found his tablets were supplied by boots in the town. I walked in not knowing if they could help me and my elderly dad.
I was panicking myself but i think i had the best and most caring customer experience ever.
The pharmacist sorted me out within a few minutes giving me a lot of assurance and help even when the store was full of other customers. The other customers starting talking about him and his team and I was absolutely gobsmacked at the level of praise he was receiving. Everyone were saying the most wonderful things about him which made me feel calmer as he was looking out for my dad.I have never ever had such great fantastic care and it seemed this was the norm.I also could not help looking at all the awards certificates in the store.This is a very special chemist and I believe the town are very lucky to have such a caring wonderful professional looking after them.10 out of 10 simply the best. Thank you.
