Staff - there's no women, but they're all sensitive and helpful to people's problems. Waiting times are manageable

They are good, but getting appointments is quite hard can be over a weeks wait, so have had to use 111 a few times and see out of hours doctors in Dewsbury.

Doctors are not clock watching when you go to see them. They listen and give you their time.

My G.p is not taking any action to my problems. Always says wait few months. Neglecting me when I need help with my health problems. I just waste my time to see her. Not doing much.

Experiences include:
1. Bloodtest being lost.
2.result not given till years later
3 still living with serious pain in feet because of being dismissed by doctor- forgetting to put in a referral
4,I asked to see a counsellor and she (doctor) told me to take tablets instead of referring me .

Time , although we are seen quite quickly we do have to wait a while to be seen . Sometimes upto an hour

Been a patient for a long time. Slightly more difficult to get appointments these days but always treated well.

Sometimes runs late, but not often. Frequently visit and get appointments easy.

Staff will always try their best to get you an appointment or other help
