The staff here are pleasant and helpful and it's very convenient having the pharmacy next to the surgery.

The phone is always answered quickly and its easy to book an appointment. They have even booked me an appointment at another surgery when they couldn't fit me in here so that was good.

I have always found it easy to book myself and my son in for appointments and usually seen within the week.

I love the reception staff here, they look after us really well and are very friendly as are the pharmacy staff on site too.
If I could suggest one area for improvement it would be to reach out to the ageing population within the area for more check ups as I know some people can be reluctant and need that first but of a push to get checked over.

I have had a long term ailment for over a year which has gone undiagnosed and I was passed around every clinician at my old surgery but since moving to Dearne Valley health Centre I was diagnosed very quickly and started treatment that I'm happy with.
