Been with them for long time , no problem in getting appts

I wanted to praise and thank the blood test nurse(nurse associate) for her absolutely fantastic care and support for my son who hates blood tests and also myself if I'm honest.
She not only reassured and got the job done she spent time helping and making sure my son was comfortable enough to have the tests done, Thanks you have no idea how much this helped.
I would also like to thank the rest of the staff team for their support in general. What a really friendly helpful team, from the reception staff, practice nurse, and advanced nurse practitioner who have all been really supportive lately for me and my family. Thanks well done.

The doctors understand the illness/problem presented and prescribe medications accordingly, which prove very effective. They are caring and listen well. Only flaw is the waiting time!

Very good service to ease the pain caused by my fall.

It is gradually getting harder to see my regular GP and I have to see other doctors in the practice, I do that so I can be seen quicker. It is busy

Appointments tend to be a week to a fortnight. Helpful staff. The doctor has even rung me in person to arrange a health check.

Good but difficult to get appointments. Difficult to see a female doctor or nurse and I think they should be more available

This health centre was awarded outstanding on all 6 categories on the last inspection, and I find them superb in all areas of care

He knows I'm a carer, if I ever need to be seen he will see me, no problem. Practice nurses are brilliant. I see her a lot. I'm out of area now but he kept me on the list.

Good staff, very helpful, doctors listen to you and give good service re: referrals, outside agencies etc. Clean environment.
