Really feel looked after from the moment I stepped into the surgery to moment I left. Great staff and doctors and nurses

I am on a waiting list to see an NHS physio and struggle with pain but the GP's help me manage that well. However when I call up I can be 10th in line to get through and have to wait on hold. I have a pay as you go phone so my credit is eaten away just trying to get through. They often don't give a face to face appointment and I have found phone appointments just not as good.

Doctor is fine. Surgery is dirty, never any toilet paper or anything to dry hands with. Reception staff not very pleasant. Nurse is excellent.
