sometimes i have been waiting up to 20 minutes after my appointment time to get seen but i don't mind as this is often because they have squeezed me in . Seeing doctors vary between 3 of them so not always same one but i don't mind as i am very grateful to get an appointment.

Easy to get appointments . I call up as i don't have it set up online . It's easier with having children to ring up when i need one. They have always been good fitting us in .

The practice is very good. Receptionists are pleasant and do their best to get you to the right service. The practice is particularly good at seeing children quickly and making referrals to specialists when needed. The phones can be busy and sometimes appointments are not available ( i think that's a funding issue and i have never been declined an urgent appointment) The queue holder on a morning is a helpful addition. I would recommend the practice to anyone and have always appreciated the service

I get to see the same GP and see the nurse. I am really happy with them

Difficulty getting an appointment, can be number 15 in the queue. Often just a phone appointment and sometimes asked to ring back 8 am following day

Not a regular user of the practice. i rang this morning and got an appointment for today.
No online activity. I rang was 11th in queue - pressed ring back and got a call back

Reception staff are on most occasions really lovely and helpful . I am not keen at all on the nurse practitioners or nurses. I prefer to see a dr as their manners are far nicer and more professional, Nurses i find abrupt, condescending and at times some things said are not very nice in my experience. Most dr's are great even the new ones that i assume come for a year or so.

Recently very easy to get appointments. I get reminders for blood test appointments. I don't do online . I ring up it depend what time i call how long i am waiting.
