Good doctors and i can always get appointments, 15 mins waiting time is quite good

Long waiting times and hard to get an appointment when needed. Parking is also an issue.

Receptionists signpost you to walk-in centre as hospital is right next door.
They should not have the power to tell you whether you should see a doctor or not,
prescriptions weren't ready for son's allergies.
I was sent to wrong GP on one occasion.

Generally good healthcare. You don't really get to know the doctors, and have to repeat everything if returning for a follow-up appointment. Some of the receptionists also aren't very helpful.

GP referred to Weight Watchers and PALS to help manage my weight.

Doctor is caring, listen to you. I've got to know staff and developed a relationship which makes talking to them easier.

If you have ever visited this surgery it is a circus. The staff are very poorly trained, each person says something completly different. The waiting time can be anything between 20 mins -1 hour+. Nobody in this surgery really cares. Tried making a complaint and never heard anything back. Try ringing the surgery you can never get through. Go in to visit them and all the phones are ringing and thy dont bother to answer. Also the staff can be very rude!

The parking is fine. The care is fine and appointments online are good

I found out that prescriptions will not be prescribed over the telephone now only if you see the GP can you get a repeat. I feel it is time consuming for GP's. Lots of positive though there are so many good doctors. They will take blood at the surgery and there are other clinics there. I like it here. Parking is an issue though. There are also no baby changing facilities at the surgery. The pharmacy near is convenient.
