Staff always friendly and helpful. Always able to get emergency appointments on the day. Doctors very approachable.

Have used Kirkheaton surgery for many years and always been happy with the service. They've had a rapid change of GPs in the last few years but that seems to have settled down.

Reception are very helpful and personable. Seems to be run mostly by temporary Doctors but still very effective. Would like to be updated on who the permanent Doctors are. When visiting the Hospital was asked who my Doctor was and I could not tell them.
